Versus
Central York High School
It's Their Turn
After
weeks of summer camp, scrimmages, and serving as scout team for the Varsity,
the JV finally got to tee it up against Central
York. Playing on a beautiful
artificial surfaced stadium, the younger Bears got to work out the kinks in a
game that featured many 1st time starters.
JV Football is important on so many levels. It gives the Varsity Coaches a farm system to
pull from. It is highly competitive yet
focuses mainly on educating players to the different aspects of the game. It really helps to develop our young men.
Varsity
Head Football Coach Rick Mauck takes JV football seriously. He sent six coaches to Central
York. JV Head Coach Marty
Green got a good look at many different players from which he will be able to
focus his attentions during the up coming practices. Monday Night players become Friday Night
players many times, during the same season.
Come out to support our JV boys this Monday when they take on
Mechanicsburg at Bostic.
Next
Week vs. Mechanicsburg at Bostic Stadium.
Kickoff is at 6:00 P.M.
